GBI plans to be known as a builder with quality products and affordable price. GBI has developed strategic alliance partnerships with many business entities in order to achieve its objectives and to serve the mutual benefits of the partners and the general public.

Building Associations
GBI is a member of the Greater Houston Builder Association (GHBA) www.ghba.org and the National Home Builder Association (NHBA) www.nahb.org. We are also registered with Texas Residential Construction Commission (TRCC) www.trcc.state.tx.us. These associations are made up of very strong trade associations that conduct regular national and regional conventions and local education meetings that are a valuable selling tool for builders, related construction professionals and suppliers. As a member of the association, GBI will be on its membership lists and websites for better exposure to the general public for its development projects.

GBI also continues to form strategic alliance partnerships with reputable financial institutions, the personal relationships from GBI's management and their ability to develop new relationships with developers, land owners and industry leaders.
