The management group of Gemcraft Investment, LLC and Investment Planning & Consulting, Inc. has formed GBI Group, LLC a Texas corporation in January, 2006 to meet the demands of the Houston market. GBI Group has already purchased four development sites and has contracted for another. The company has several development projects already committed in California as well. The company headquarters is currently located in Irvine, California with a division in Houston, Texas, specializing in raw land development, residential and commercial constructions to satisfy the needs of the community.

Our Management Team is comprised of highly qualified individuals with extensive experience in various areas of expertise; including real estate acquisitions and development, marketing, finance, construction and many different areas related to the real estate development industry. We will strive to achieve the best return of investment possible for our investors.
